About Emma Sjödin

I’m Emma — a Swedish artist and designer with a passion for nature, beauty and creating things that make people feel something.

I live and work in Småland, Sweden, surrounded by the landscape that inspires me every day. Wildflowers, garden blooms, birds, butterflies and the delicate details of nature find their way into my paintings and designs.

I’m drawn to the contrast between softness and strength, the delicate and the wild, the feminine and the untamed. I think that is what makes nature — and life — so beautiful.

Through watercolour and graphite, I create botanical art with a distinctly Scandinavian feeling: sensual, timeless and effortlessly elegant.

But my art isn’t meant to simply hang on a wall. I want it to be touched, lived with and enjoyed. That’s why I bring my artwork into beautiful, everyday pieces — from art prints and cards to cushions and wall hangings — designed to add warmth, personality and a little bit of magic to your home.

I want my art to make you stop for a moment. To draw you in. To make you feel something.

Because beauty doesn’t always have to be quiet.

Sometimes, it can be bold, feminine, playful and a little wild.

And that is exactly how I like my art.
