Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at mail@emmasjodin.se before returning the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that custom or personalised orders cannot be returned.
