The Butterflies & Insects collection celebrates the small wonders found among wildflowers and summer meadows. Each motif is hand-painted in watercolour, inspired by the delicate shapes, colours and intricate details of butterflies, dragonflies and bees.

There is something timeless about these little creatures — their fleeting presence, delicate wings and close connection to the flowers around them. Through my paintings, I want to capture that feeling and bring a little piece of the wild Scandinavian landscape into the home.

From the soft yellow tones of a lemon butterfly to the shimmering presence of a dragonfly, each artwork is created to feel both natural and quietly decorative. The botanical elements surrounding the insects add a sense of movement and create a connection between the artwork and the landscape that inspired it.

From original watercolour to timeless interiors

Every design begins as an original watercolour painting, hand-painted by Emma Sjödin in Sweden. The artwork is then transformed into a collection of carefully produced pieces for the home.

The collection includes Fine Art Prints, Linen Wall Hangings and Linen Cushions, allowing the artwork to be enjoyed in different ways — from a small framed piece to a more tactile textile statement.
